Scarcity of Job Openings

Whenever we check out the classified ads on job openings, we will notice that a lot of them have been limited towards common jobs like clerical or sales representatives. Managerial jobs are still included but to be considered for them, you really have to juice up your resume and experience to make sure that you can make the grade.

Jobs are becoming stiffer these days. A lot of this has to do with the growing population of people who have finished related courses. While there is no measure of what level of expertise most companies look for, sometimes it will all depend on serving people on a first-come first-served basis.
