<p>Writing a resume is a big challenge. It’s never an easy task to undertake. To be able to stand out among piles of resumes.  How can you get that interviewer to pick out that paper which happens to be yours?</p>

<ol>
<li>Match the Heading with the advertised position. The key is to catch the employer&#8217;s attention. You don&#8217;t necessarily need to lie about your work experience. It is just crucial that your resume&#8217;s title match up to the position they are looking for.</li>
<li>Design and Content. This information creates the first impression that you want to project to an employer. You fill in the skills and qualifications that best describe you and your work experience.</li>
<li>Quick and straight to the point key words.</li>
<li>Provide the list of responsibilities you have maintained in your previous employment. And make sure to explain what benefit the company got from them. Its like selling your skills.</li>

If you are preparing a few applications at the same time, better be sure that the letters and resume are placed into the correct envelopes under the appropriate addresses. Employers will surely ask for your certificates so attach copies of certificates in advance. And in case you will be granted with a job interview, keep a copy of the document for reference. And if you have done all these, you are ready to send them out.</p>
