Job Satisfaction

This is one thing a lot of us take fore granted, job satisfaction. People in offices do jobs for decades even if they hate it and are not totally satisfied with it for the simple reason that it is a job. Well, this has to end and people have to realize that it has a lot to do with the quality of life as a whole. Employees who begrudgingly stay with their jobs for fear of not having one are totally wrong in their concept for the employment market is evolving into a dynamic one that needs people who are energetic and motivated. The shift to telecommuting has allowed a more informal approach to employment with people having the ability to engage in more than one job.
